Mary Pontillo, a fine art insurance industry veteran of over twenty years, provides coaching for professionals looking to improve themselves, their work, and their lives.  Trained in the Co-Active Training Institute’s coaching model, Mary coaches the whole person.  She works with clients to feel more confident in work settings, plan for career goals, discover their leadership potential, and strategies for getting the most out of their work relationships.  With a focus on career, Mary also allows the client to determine if attention to personal issues such as stress management, work/life balance, how the client “shows up” for family, or exercise will serve the greater goals.  People’s personal lives affect their work lives and addressing the full picture is a keystone of Mary’s approach.
